About
The Region 3 Fire/Rescue Symposium will be in its 20th year of presenting cutting edge fire training courses. After a two year hiatus brought on by the COVID pandemic, the Region 3 Fire/Rescue Symposium is returning to the campus of Skagit Valley College at 2405 East College Way, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 with its latest offerings of informative and inspiring presentations.
Mission
The mission of the Region 3 Fire Training Council includes providing regional fire service providers and responders access to training and education in the fire protection industry’s latest technologies and best practices by the presentation of an annual training symposium.
Help Needed!
The Region 3 Fire Council is on the lookout for new members to assist it in planning and presenting its annual Symposium. If you are a training or chief officer in the region that would like to help ensure the future of the Symposium, please contact Assistant Chief Justin Iverson at jiverson@wcfd7.org to offer your services. Meetings are held monthly to bi-weekly and attendance is in-person or on-line
